Welcome to the beautiful city of Pensacola! I'm Allison, and I'm thrilled to be your guide through the exciting world of real estate in this vibrant community. As a longtime Florida resident and proud Pensacola local since 2009, I've developed a deep appreciation for everything this city has to offer – from its rich history and stunning beaches to its welcoming community atmosphere and diverse range of residences.

Before making Pensacola my home, I spent over a decade as a High School Art & Design educator, a career that provided me with invaluable experience working closely with families and community members. My role as a patient teacher naturally extends to my approach in real estate, where I welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and guide my clients through the process of buying their dream homes or listing their properties for sale.

In addition to my passion for real estate, my husband and I are proud owners and managers of 20 short-term and long-term rental units here in Pensacola, ranging from single-family homes to multi-family properties. Through years of experience in property management, I've honed my skills in leasing, accounting, maintenance, and major home repairs – including physically raising and transporting historic homes!
