Over the past 5 years, my wife and I have searched for a home in Florida; looking in Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and finally in the Pensacola area. Though assisted by four capable Real Estate Agents, Allison Brandt was the most delightful and diligent of them. Of course, since we were successful in finding a lovely home with Allison, one might presume we are biased in our opinion towards her. Perhaps. However in our estimation, no one came close to providing the effort she expended to find the best house for us. Her expert knowledge of the neighborhoods and community, as she gave us an "introduction " to the area, was apparent. We toured dozens of properties, and Allison toured more on our behalf when we were not in FL, making videos to illustrate what she might feel were positives or negatives with the properties. She was current with knowledge about codes, insurances, construction and other matters affecting us, especially as new residents, and provided such advice. She stayed responsive and involved throughout the process of seeking, offering, and ultimately closing on a property, with emails, texts and calls by the dozens, and (almost literally) "held " our hands throughout the closing process. Her friendliness, coupled with her knowledge & expertise led to a most positive experience and outcome. I told Allison I rarely thought Realtors really earned their commissions, but I stand corrected in her case. We were so fortunate to have be introduced to her.
